About Kevin Pickett


My Client-First Philosophy


Kevin was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL.    He attended Florida State University where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate.  He entered the real estate industry in 2008 in Fort Myers, FL.  After a rocky start Kevin quickly adapted to the distressed real estate market and began specializing in Short Sales, Foreclosures, and Investment properties.  By 26, he was became a member of the Board of Directors at the Realtor Association of Fort Myers and the Beach.  The next year he was appointed as a director for Florida Realtors.  


 


At 27, Kevin began the next stage of his career in management.  He was a vital role in growing several real estate offices.  He has served as Vice President of one of the largest independent brokerages in the country, Watson Realty Corp, in addition to his time managing a corporately owned Coldwell Banker office in Atlanta, Georgia.


 


In the fall of 2019, Kevin decided to step back after 7.5 years of managing.  He realized that St. Johns County Florida was "Home" and where he would like to raise his two kids, McKenna and Chance.  In addition to assisting others find their "Home", Kevin travels the country as a Key Note Speaker as well as consulting with some of the largest real estate firms in the United States.  He also gives back to the real estate industry as a skills and technique trainer.
